"The Dream Factory Grand Prix" - Slingshot Racing Cup Launches Exciting Charity Event

The Slingshot Racing Cup is set to resume competition this Thursday, August 16th, at Gimli Motorsport Park with "The Dream Factory Grand Prix presented by S.A.R. in Steinbach". This unique event in the Slingshot Racing Cup season will raise funds and awareness for The Dream Factory, a Manitoba based charitable organization dedicated to fulfilling dreams for kids who are battling life-threatening illnesses. Click for The Dream Factory Promo Video In addition, The Dream Factory will be bringing some Dream Kids and their families out to enjoy the festivities including a ride around the race track in a Polaris Slingshot and a Porsche driven by professional race car driver David Richert. The Slingshot Racing Cup, organized by SAR Sport & Recreation in Steinbach and Richert Racing, is the only racing championship in the world to feature Polaris’ unique 3-wheeled roadster called the Slingshot. Sponsored by Rainbow Trailers and AMSOIL, the championship features drivers making their introduction to the world of wheel-to-wheel racing.
